INSTRUCTIONS :


Task 1 : Social Media Analytics

In week 1, Mr. Asrizal gave a brief introduction regarding the module and what to expect in this module. For this module, we are required to form a group. My group consists of me, Sky, Emeline, Qian Tong, and Kenisha.

For task 1, we are required to familiarize ourselves with analytics data and metrics via analytics tool. Mr. Asrizal taught us how to use Google analytics. For task 1, we are required to use Google analytics and create a report.

Task 2 : Content Ideation
For task 2, we are required to collaborate with a client for this project. At the beginning of the project, we reach out to some clients however some of them did not respond and some rejected our offer. There are 2 companies that were interested. One of them was Dao however after communicating with them, my group discussed and decided to abandon the idea of working with them as they show signs of unwillingness to corporate with us. The other company was ChΓ’teraisΓ©. They showed potential interest in collaborating with us however they rejected our offer later on.

My group then decided to try to approach Dododots. After communicating with them, they were interested in collaborating with us. This was a positive sign for my group. We had a proposal presentation with the founder and their team from Dododots. In the proposal, we proposed an analysis of Dododots business, our strategies, and our aim for this collaboration.

After our proposal meeting, Dododots were interested with working with us for the next 7 weeks. After the meeting, we start working on content ideation. As a group, each of us are required to come up with 5 or more content ideas. We share our ideas and filter out similar or done-before ideas before adding them to our Google spreadsheet. There are a total of 6 themes and 31 ideas. Below is our list for content ideation.

Task 3 : Content Planning
For task 3, we are required to plan the timeline for the execution and dateline for the contenting to be posted. We created a calendar for each month of the project. After planning the content timeline, we split each execution into 2 parts, copywriting, and design execution. To let each group member flourish their skill and experience, we decided to rotate the roles every week so it is fair for everyone.

REFLECTION


Experience
This module was different from other modules as we have quite a huge creative freedom. The ideation phase was a fun experience as we get to come up with fun and trendy content that the client have not done before. It was a fun experience as I was able to work together with my groupmates to create interesting content. The overall experience was great and I am thankful for the team at Dododots for being patient and friendly with us. 

Observations
Throughout the module, I was able to learn from other groups in terms of content planning and ideation. The content spreadsheet also help with my group's progress. We are able to make sure we are on track with our task and client's feedback. Besides that, I was also able to learn how agencies simultaneously manage and plan social media content for clients through this module.

Findings
Through this module, I was able to learn the importance of content planning and how content planning is done. Besides that, research regarding the target audience and the client's engagement with customer is important to come up with content that are suitable for the client's social media. Lastly, time management is important as the execution phase requires a lot of time to produce the content. Overall, I was able to flourish my skills and knowledge and I am glad that Dododots are happy with our performance.
