Task 1 : Interactive Web Application
For task 1, we are required to create an application to sell items. We can choose any brand or create a brand/services and create an e-commerce app that sell the items.

I decided to make an e-commerce app for a campaign I created call Mindcare. Mindcare is a mental health campaign that introduces mental health awareness. Mindcare focuses on 3 types of mental health which are depression, anxiety disorders and stress. Mindcare is created as a place for everyone to remind, learn, seek help and support during their hard times. Mindcare was created to help young people to learn more about their mental health as mental health cases are increasing during the pandemic.

Progress

I start by design the layout in Adobe Illustrator. After completing the items, I start animating in Adobe Animate. I start by working on the landing/loading screen. The background was a gradient so I tried to animate it. It was a bit tricky at first but I was able to create a moving background.

After completing the loading screen, I start working on the sign up page.

Then I move to the most difficult part the home page. A lot of action and button need to be applied. I was struggling as the buttons were not working. After consulting with Mr. Razif, I was able to solve the issue and work on the other pages.

REFLECTIONS :

For this task, it was difficult at first as it is my first time using Adobe Animate. This task was challenging and I also did not have any experience in designing a mobile app using Adobe Animate so I need to do more research to complete this project. However, this is a quite interesting project as I learn something new and interesting through this assignment.
